Where to start... I went to Suitsupply King of Prussia to get a custom pair of flannel trousers, since I did not like the off-the-rack fit. I know my dimensions very well, having used other custom men's clothiers to great effect (e.g. Proper Cloth, Harvie and Hudson). I tried on a 'test' pair of trousers whose dimensions were supposedly known and were close to my dimensions. However, once we agreed on the fit, some of the dimensions seemed off compared to what I am used to. When the test trousers were measured, it turns out that the actual measurements bore little relation to the dimensions in the system for these pants. As an example, the front rise in the system was 9 inches, but the actual measurement was 10.6 inches, which is the rise I normally like. Anyway, we adjusted the dimensions for my custom trousers accordingly (or so I thought) and the order was put in. When I received my 'size passport' for the order by email, the dimensions were back to the incorrect dimensions of the test trousers. When I called the sales associate, I was told that they would be adjusted after manufacture. The measurements were so far off that no reasonable adjustment would have been possible. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and will stick to Proper Cloth, who know what they're doing.

Most of the staff here is friendly enough but I will not be a customer again. I opted for a "custom suit" since its for my wedding, which is essentially an off the rack suit that they alter. I have had suits made in the past and they fit great, feel great and are at a similar price point except their fabric is superior. I purchased a "custom suit" made of Super 110 wool that was woven pretty thinly. Suit came in on time, I could barely get my foot through the pant leg and when I did it looked like I was wearing yoga pants from the knees down. The employee understood the issue and marked the pants for alteration, to which they turned them into bell bottoms by only opening the bottom few inches on the pants. I decided to take the pants to a local tailor who fixed the taper for $28. I should add that every suit I have had made elsewhere has been perfect! Lesson learned but its a hard pill to swallow having spent all this money on a suit that is only going to be worn once and then taken out of rotation.

The guy that was helping me was rushing with my service time. I thought they was gonna do the tailored for me on the same day. The guy told me that it will take 3 weeks on a dress shirt. Which was a contradiction to the advertisement I saw that brought me to suit supply to begin with.

My fiancé and I just walked out this place.. we are looking for a wedding tuxedo for him. Not one person greeted us, or asked if we needed help. We just walked out never even talked to anyone. What a horrible place. I would never step foot in there again.
