This hotel was a good stay on our long trips between NY and Tennessee. The rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable, showers are nice and they have a large breakfast with plenty of choices for everyone. We haven't used the pool or spa but it looks like a small one outside. I docked one star on service because their TVs weren't working at all when we stayed and I feel they should start breakfast at 6am for early bird travelers. My husband and I were disappointed to discover it was at 7am. We wanted to be on the road by 7 so we left early and didn't eat. The location is great for this hotel right off interstate 81 in Salem VA. Over all a good stay and we came twice this month on our round trip to TN and back.

Super clean, large rooms. And if you're looking for comfort- the bed is TO DIE FOR. We road trip alot and I stayed in a 4 star hotel the previous night... but this one is far better. A good night's sleep makes all the difference. Just go ahead and book it you won't be disappointed.

Room was very clean. Check in and out were quick and easy. Potential issue was dealt with by staff in a efficient, friendly and professional manner. Easy on / off from highway. Despite proximity to highway, room was quiet. Comfortable bed. Breakfast included. No complaints. Would stay here again.

We loved this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and had 2 TVs perfect for traveling with children. The breakfast was great! For pancakes, simply press OK. No mess!! The employees seemed happy and were polite to us. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay. Already recommended this hotel to family and plan to return soon.
