Noisy on third floor. Kids running up and down the hall all night. I guess the night clerk doesn't care? Breakfast stopped putting out fruit for breakfast after 830 ... asked for them to put out some more and they said they fill the fruit bowls once and when it's gone, it's gone. She didn't seem to care much. Hotel is older, but reasonably clean otherwise. Shower worked well.

Comfort Inn and Suites is our go to hotel on our annual trips south from Maine to Florida and back. We always take advantage of earning points for a free room. Beds are always comfortable, showers have good water pressure, and the rooms are clean. Locations are near restaurants and right off of I-95 or I-84, our preferred routes. Wifi is always a good strong connection.

Positive: Plenty of Room in Suite. Extra large bathroom. Updated bathtub. Decor was nice. Service was great with friendly employees. Negative: Room was a bit dated. TV was not HD. Microwave needs to be updated. Popcorn ceilings. Tile around bathtub was deteriorating.

The hotel room was spacious but looked a bit rundown. The sleeper sofa was creaky and not comfortable to sit on, and the bed mattress was too stiff and also creaky. The toilet in my room was not working (didn’t flush). The Internet was equally non-responsive. The cleaning staff kept knocking on my door hours before checkout even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door and told them earlier to come by after 10:45. On the positive side, the front desk staff was friendly.
