I rented a car from this company for the first time and someone hit me the night before I was to return it and I went to their office with all my paper work from the police department the next morning and was told I would get my deposit back and as of today I am still being charged everyday for having the rental car as though I am driving the rental car which I do NOT have I have not had since June 29th I have been charged 63.00 a day since June 30th and can not get in touch with anyone I have sent emails as well. I will never rent from this company again.

didn’t even tell my friend that she needed additional things when we drove all this way then he took one look at her and said she can’t get a car Kia already said would pay for it . We wasted gas and time when he could’ve said it over the phone . U can tell he’s racist and a mean person . Did not try to help us at all !! Monday @ 5:56 may 9th is when this incident happen . Store def needs to do better

Always good service here. Very quick in and out.. great location for us, we can walk there. Nissan Sentra has ample space for wheelchair and plenty of head and legroom for over six footers.

They were paid by my insurance company to provide a rental. Called to verify they'd be at the shop to pick me up and they said yes. Get there, no rental, no employee, nothing, and then they want to argue over the phone that they were sent away by a ghost apparently. Still sitting at the shop an hour after they were supposed to pick me up. Great customer service.
