I don't find this place a good place to work. They don't take the time.to actually train someone on what they will.be doing. How do you hire someone and just throw them in there that has no experience. I find it to be wrong and disrespectful. I honestly would not suggest this place to anyone.

They were very helpful in explaining all features of the truck camper we were looking at. Helped make adjustments to accommodate a better fit for our truck. Also, worked with us through extensive email communications, to arrange for purchase of trailer prior to us driving half way across the country to view and ultimately purchase the camper. They are no pressure sales people. Would highly recommend them.

We purchased a new Salem Hemisphere 42 ft. fifth wheel. Upon purchasing, the refrigerator was not working. I live in Pulaski, VA and attempted to call numerous dealers which Forest River instructed me to do so. None of the dealers would file the warrant claim because I did not purchase through them. Joe and Ethan have been wonderful to work with. They have fought with the claim department to ensure I receive the refrigerator and solar panel which was not included. I highly recommend these folks and truly appreciate their patience and time.
