I currently live here it is a nightmare between the cockroaches, beetles, stray cats consistent appliance breakdowns with slow or sometimes no response from office staff it’s hard to give this place anything else but a 1 star. It’s clear to me management does not care about the residents or the staff that work and live at this complex. The picture shows the stray cats that infest the complex one had babies on my back porch and the office has ignored my phone calls to help out. Do not move here especially considering how expensive the rent is when there are tons of other much better options for the same price. Unless you are a crack head this is a good place for crack heads that’s one positive thing I can say about this place.

Office has been very helpful through the whole helping me move in and patience because I had so many questions being my own first place. They made me feel welcomed and my place is really nice. I love it here and the amenities.

Only been a resident 3 months don’t think I will renew . Parking is a hassle too many residents no parking you can drive 20 in circles waiting for parking . Definitely not a place to live unless you are single and 1 car only. Also, no staff to pickup after weekend trash . the pool area can look super trashy because there’s no staff on weekends. Major issue is the draining system in my apartment has a major back up. I put in 3 different request for a non working toilet and tub in master that does not drain. Paying for 2 restrooms and can’t fully use either. It’s embarrassing having people over. Took complaint to office because it’s been close to a month since second request was out in today is June 7th still no response from maintenance. I only chose to move here to stay close to kids school and work and due to recent divorce I need a place fast. Not worth the rent charged when other people I know pay same elsewhere for more luxury and comfort. Noise is also extremely loud from trucks raising trough McDowell if you plan to move here see the location of apartments you are looking for the noise can be heard from inside of my apartment super late at night. My 2 year old gets startled from exhaust noise these racers have on modified trucks. Overall I’m disappointed I chose this place to live should have taken more time to see options available for same or less rent

I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. I am counting down the days until my lease is up. There are roaches everywhere, we pay for pest control each month and the management just tells you what you want to hear and never try’s to treat the issue. Also, the pools are dirty (green) way too often. They closed both pools and the reasoning is because “residents” are hoping the fence. First of all, they are most likely not residents if they have to jump the fence. That means the apartment complex needs to pay to secure the complex better. In their eyes they are punishing the rest of the residents for kids jumping the fence and that’s supposed to be legal? Secondly, we pay for amenities. They do not deduct weeks that our amenities are closed bc of some kids from other apartments or houses wanting to cool off. This place is a nightmare. The main maintenance guy left (quit) I don’t blame him. Now your are lucky if your service request gets completed within months. Cringe.

I live here, not sure of availability, but 2 bedroom rent is $1240, water, trash and sewer is seperate. Must have renters insurance, you can get it thru Morada West for $55 a month (I think )
