Good location to/from airport. Good value for money/points. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Staff was mostly good. Parking lot nearly full due to the hotel "renting" space to travelers. Rooms were large and clean. Bathrooms a little small. AC worked good. Burger Theory restaurant attached to hotel was tasty. But, breakfast should be free for IHG platinum members in my opinion. The pool and the grounds looked nice. The elevator at the NW side of the property, closest to restaurant, should get a safety inspection and/or maintenance.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't regret it. The BEST affordable hotel, best bang for your $$$. For a three star hotel look no further! It has burger theory attached to it, you can bring your drinks up to the room, the pool is heat year round, the have plenty of nice seating areas throughout the hotel and courtyard. The rooms are immaculate, pillows, bedding, toilet, appliances…. Everything is clean. Nothing has stains on it, the pillows feel new every time we stay here. The staff are friendly, so many perks staying here. They are very accommodating.

We wanted a nice airport area hotel before our flight home. This property exceeded expectations. Clean and updated, very comfortable. Nice courtyard with pool, jacuzzi and lots of sitting areas. Very convienient airport shuttle. We did not opt to pay for breakfast, wish we had because the lines at the airport for food were very long. Next time we will plan to stay a few days

Do NOT use their parking service facility. They are extremely unreliable. When they almost made us miss our flight my making us wait for over 1 hr for a drop off, my wife said maybe they were experiencing labor shortage issues. But we had the exact repeat experience upon our return (when we needed a pickup). Made us wait for 1 hr 15 min despite making 5 calls for service. If you want your lifespan reduced by a few years then i say this service is a must avail, else it is a strong avoid.
