I moved in back in December and I have never been more disappointed. When I moved in the carpet was filled with stains from the previous owners and I contacted the management and they said nothing. I have put in requests to fix a dishwasher that didn’t work, a toilet that did not flush. It took almost a month for both of these to be fixed. My toilet still doesn’t work and I put in another request for my garbage disposal and it has now been three weeks since and hasn’t been fixed. I am extremely disappointed and will not be renewing. I think it is gross that this management doesn’t take better care of their people and requests should be met. My carpet looks worse after I spend hours a day cleaning it. Very sad.

Hazardous to you and your pets. Maintenance takes way too long on emergency work orders. For example I currently have an issue of flooding appliances, dish washer, kitchen sink, and washer whenever my neighbor runs their machines. It is 5 MONTHS and it's still not fixed. Also had on multiple occasions duplicate charges on my utilities bill. When i called the front desk to correct the issue the clerk who picked up hung up. Save your money.

I stopped by to do a tour a few days ago. As i walked into the office i was greeted by Priscilla and She did an amazing job showing the property off. She was knowledgeable and friendly! Convenient location with great amenities.

The worst place to live. Do NOT choose this place. Termites, Roaches, bed bugs. . They don't even put screens on the windows if they were removed before you move in. Maintenance takes 4-5 months If they even show up. As you see the maintenance guys just sitting in their golf carts on thier phones. They raise the rent around $400 when it's time to renew. You pay $10 a month for a parking spot and get towed if your tags get expired. Don't think you are getting your deposit back when you leave. Call it a 50% down-payment on the fees they charge when you move out. The staff is nice when you are looking to rent but once they have you they don't care.

Our house smells like piss from previous people drains smell like death they don't care I offered to fix they by material they say no no thank you but it is pretty quite
