Muse Apartments are so beautiful! I had a view of the pool from my apartment and I loved it. The amenities are great, but the best part of the apartment is definitely the maintenance team. They were simply amazing. So quick to respond and very helpful! The leasing team were also great, anytime i had any questions they were so helpful! Location wise its great, I loved being close to the city and Forno 101 is simply amazing. Parking here is a bit of a hassle, towards the end of my lease the parking garage was always full and there was hardly ever any guest parking. They ran out of reserved spots in the garage, or so I heard. The parking garage door was broken pretty frequently and there was a while were the call boxes around the building were down completely for weeks. Cleanliness in the hallways was a bit of an issue, they kept saying they were working on it but i guess due to the pandemic they couldn't find someone to clean the stains left from dogs and just normal wear and tear. After I moved I have tried multiple times and left multiple voice messages trying to reach the leasing office regarding my deposit I was promised but I keep getting sent to voice mail. It's getting to the point where it feels like they are purposely ignoring me. I am not expecting to get my whole deposit back but according to the email they sent me I was supposed to get something. I cleaned my apartment from top to bottom, and still loss a substantial amount of my deposit so don't expect much back in that regard. Update: They finally got back to me about my deposit and we were able to clear it up, just a big misunderstanding. Unique was so helpful!

Can I give less than 1 star?? Homeless people everywhere. No security. Break ins happen weekly. Dirty like, dirty, hallways. That smell. The gate to get into the garage was just down for almost 2 months. People couldn’t get into the parking garage - imagine that. Then their online portal was giving me issues after having on time payments for 15 months straight - I call and call trying to get the payment made and I get no response. Then I finally get ahold of someone to make the payment and they charge me over 200 dollars in late fees. There are much nicer apartments in the downtown area for the same price. Trust me.

If you have only one car and do not use any of the amenities at the complex, this is perfect. I only have one car and don't use the amenities and I have had no personal problem with living here. Building three has very little noise and I have a ring camera so I don't have to worry about weird activity outside of my door. I won't be renewing my lease though, only because I do not think they are handling property issues and concerns with urgency. As many other residents have stated there is a MAJOR issue with parking and secondary parking passes are on a wait list. The callboxes are currently 94% out of service and QR codes for guest entry are not working, unless you have a parking pass. Again, I don't have an issue because I only have one car, but not everyone living here has one car per household. There is an issue with packages getting stolen or being dropped off in the mailroom. Beginning March 2022, (around the time the callboxes stopped working) people's cars have been broken into. And when I say broken into, I mean there are pictures posted of windows smashed and glass everywhere. I would only recommend to move here if you are like me, unbothered by common apartment noises, don't use the pool or gym, and only have one car.

I moved in here in August and I have to say that the office staff, especially the manager are absolutely fantastic humans! They are always so warm and welcoming, they remember my name, and they make this place what it is. Service requests are almost always done same day unless they have to order something. I can’t speak highly enough of The Muse! I will be here until I buy another home!
