Terrible customer service. It was not welcoming at all and the employees attitudes were terrible. They seemed like they did not even want to be there.

The Manager Jenny here along with other Managers are childish and unprofessional, They talk along side with this younger generation of kids that work here, Bullying customers, I have been in witness to some of the small talk they do, So uncalled for, It seems like no one is taking their profession serious and feel the need to put others down..Any questions you have about coupons you accrue they refer you to customer service , As a Manager what do they know? Besides Gossiping

Immediately returned my pickup order due to the poor behavior of the woman employee at the cash register. Will not be shopping Forever 21 any longer.

The clothing here is almost good but then they do something to it which is extra and makes me not want to buy anything. Also, the sizes run smaller than expected. I wear an XL but the clothes always run tights since the biggest sizes don’t really fit me and are too tight for everyday life.
