Michael’s is an absolutely fantastic jewelry store. Hannah was extremely helpful in my first interactions at the store and even gave me her card. I was looking at rings for my girlfriend and I ended up texting Hannah with some examples to see what they had. She responded within minutes with some great matches. I went in the store a couple times to look at the types of rings I sent her and she narrowed it down to one ring within a couple of visits. It was perfectly within budget and her knowledge of the diamond cuts, colors, clarity, and all the differences of them was astonishing. Without her help, I don’t think I could’ve found a more perfect ring. My fiancé now absolutely loves the ring and couldn’t stop talking about it for days. I have and would highly recommend Michael’s to anyone who is looking for necklaces or wedding rings. Their selection is vast but their staff definitely knows how to narrow it down to find exactly what you’re looking for!

Ed and Hannah helped our vision come to life and the repair and upgrade work was done before the insurance company could even respond. As far as the ring itself, all my wife could say was, "Amazing!" and "Wow!" but she said both at least five times. Great experience all around. Can't go wrong with this team!

My wife and I recently visited this Michaels location and could not have been happier with our experience there. There was a minor mishap that occurred involving a ring that Mark offered to clean, and as a result of this totally accidental issue, the store manager, Hannah, immediately offered to replace the ring with a brand new one, at no cost. She also went above and beyond when we expressed interest in purchasing a diamond infinity band; she gave us a deal that we could not refuse. We have been customers of this location for many years, and this experience solidified our standing as customers for life. Mark is a real gentleman and is very polite and patient, and goes above and beyond to be sure you know everything about the jewelry you are interested in purchasing. There also is NEVER any pressure from anyone we have ever dealt with in this store to buy anything. Kudos to management and staff for providing a high-quality customer experience. We highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for jewelry.
