Brand new 2022 ktm 450 smr, rear shock blew at 16 hours. The bile is meticulous maintained . The ktm forums say its a ktm issue as it happen often. No help on thier end as they are happy to rebuild the shock at my cost . I won't be buying anything from them again and don't recommend them as a stand up dealership.

I liked their summer special. A little dissapointed on the oil they put on my 2013 CRV car. I consulted a mechanic with great specialty in Hondas and he said the Ow20 oil is for new cars and won't lubricate enough to protect engine. Older Hondas with higher millage need 10w30 at least. Now I have to take my car to another place for another oil change. Can't trust the dealer with oil change no more...

Good question, probably any time but I would give them a call.
Facilities: 1) We have increased our dealerships sanitizing efforts and the frequency of dealership cleanings. 2) High traffic surfaces and common work areas are being sanitized at a high frequency. We have worked with our suppliers to ensure that hand sanitizer and other products are readily available. 3) Each dealership has been further applied with an anti-microbial agent which will deter the ability for viruses and bacteria to linger on dealership surfaces. Personnel: 4) All dealership personnel are adhering to strict CDC guidelines related to social distancing and in some cases additional provisions set forth under new local ordinances. 5) All our staff members will use masks and will sit 6 feet away from you. 6) Any employee exhibiting any symptoms or illness are asked to head home for a minimum of 14 days and can only return with a doctor’s note.
Yes
take the car to the place you had the tires changed. They should be able to fix the leak or fit a new tire.
