Fridays should be fun. My mom and I tried to give this place a try again, hoping people would be nice. This one worker was rude and took the VR set off my head so rough. My sister and I waited for assistance and he whispers to her that she should have taken the headset off herself. He broke the rules for other parents and let them play without a bracelet and we watched but he wouldn't let my mom do it. Why have a bad attitude and break rules for some and work here and not be fair to everyone. Be on the lookout for this rude employee

Not a big fan of this place. I’ve seen better with more attentive staff. Staff are fairly young, sociable and always on their phone. Something as simple as me ordering a pretzel took nearly 45 minutes (with 2 reminders about my order) and it wasn’t even crowded. To top it off the dining area was barely cleaned. There was trash all over.

Don't go here unless you want your child to be lost and the staff to not care and blame you. All the employee kids are either talking together or too busy listening to music with an ear pod in. The 2 supervisors I dealt with are incompetent. One even said that kids get lost all the time. No, I wasn't sitting on my phone while my 2 year old ran around (my child is much older than that). Staff is not trained in emergency situations such as this.

Wear something comfortable for the attractions. You can’t wear shoes and you’ll be required to have Urban Air socks which can be purchased on site.
The park is great for a wide range of ages. It’s even fun for adults. Be sure to check the height requirements for some of the bigger attractions. They’re not all appropriate for little kids.
