Positive: Great location, and clean hotel. Beautiful landscaping and the pool was nice. The breakfast attendant was awesome. She made our day talking about the grits, which were delicious! We will return.

Positive: Every staff member was friendly! Comfortable beds. Lobby area and halls were very clean. Breakfast every day was fresh and hot with a different egg selection every day. Negative: Room could use some extra cleaning in the corners and on ceilings. Bathroom was too dark and the wall color red is not relaxing.

The evening/night staff treated our group 18 people great. The only reason for the 4 star was because the early morning staff was very uninformed about the shuttle. Not only did she not know how many people it could hold, but then she threw her manager under the bus, pun intended, by stating that she was never there and didn't know what she was talking about when it came to the shuttle service. Turns out your manager was correct. Other than that our group would stay here again.
