Positive: VIEWS!! We LOVED the staff - front desk. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable and always smiling. She found a FAN for us and it made all the difference at night. What an angel. The lady at the breakfast buffet was so sweet & generous too!! Negative: The air conditioning broke for our room but they went ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate and upgrade. They were AWESOME. The views were so AMAZING. SUCH A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!

Location and view for the price is outstanding. Cool birds, manatees and dolphins right from the hotel. Get an upper level room- a must for a good view otherwise you are staring at the pool and restaurant. The staff- especially Amanda at the front desk and Anita at breakfast- are friendly and helpful. However, this hotel could use some TLC- Holes in blankets, shabby doors and locks, dirty details like baseboards and windows, and a ridiculously difficult time getting extra blankets. No housekeeping unless requested via paperwork. If you are willing to take care of yourself a bit and don’t mind a little grime and shabbiness, this waterfront hotel with a view is a great value. This place is a diamond in the rough. P.S. take the water taxi for $15 for an entire day’s worth of rides to nearby marinas with fun bars and restaurants. A steal.

Not the best hotel I have been to but for the value and quick booking it was pretty satisfying. The ceiling in the bathroom was so low and made me glad that for once I was short and it worked out. The view was amazing! I will say that the flies loved to come in but very expected with the season and that it was by water. Theres a seafood restaurant on the site and it was pretty good! The bathroom floor was a little slick with the cleaning products they used so the heat from the shower didn’t really help but at least it was cleaned.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. We had a view balcony which was everything. We ate our breakfasts on the balcony. The 3Fishermen restaurant downstairs was very convenient and the staff very friendly and hard working. We relaxed and loved our stay. Our little doggies were happy too. It was so nice to have a hotel baggage carrier on wheels available to bring our luggage upstairs. Parking was easy and convenient. A great place to stay.

The docks are shared with 3 Fisherman restaurant. People come for dinner and drinks then leave.
Make sure u keep and eye one reservations..they canceled mines without verifying me..
It is quit a ways from the Gulf beaches, but there is a small beach. At the park next door. The hotel is on the river.
Wow, I never knew that they were known as Discrimination hotel. It makes sense. Normally, I try to avoid playing the race card. However, I can see it. I moved the next day to another hotel that respect me and my money. My company as a whole will never book again at this hotel.
Have no idea I don't work there nor do I own it no have I ever stayed there my family did.
