THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!! NOT JUST ONE OR TWO BUT MANY!!! I booked a room for my friend and ended up being extremely embarrassed. It was during a time of tragedy and they had to leave and find another location. I’m so sad and embarrassed!! This place should be shut down by the health department.

Door lock was broken for 24 hours before they replaced it. I couldn’t get into my own room…. There was no hot water and they refused to even come fix it. Tons of bugs showed up the second night. The AC was not working… it was hot. The bed also was terrible. Zero support. “Free Wi-Fi?” Lol don’t bet on getting a signal. When I approached the staff respectfully about these issues they dismissed them and then started acting aggressive towards me. They refused to switch my room and of course they would not refund anything since I booked third party. I’m stuck here for a week… absolute hell. I have a feeling it’s only going to get worse. I was told by the hotel the and by Wyndham when I filed a complaint that the manager would contact me within 24 hours… still haven’t heard anything. This place is a dump. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. That’s saying something because I’ve stayed in some pretty low rate places all over the world. I would have been better off in a tent at the park. Last week I stayed at Johnson Howard across the street. Same price and makes there look like the ritz Carlton compared to this place. I may consider changing this review if the manager ever approaches me and fixes the issues… so if this review is still up safe to say it only got worse.
