How do I even start? It's one person that I interacted with inside the store & that makes me not bother to go there anymore. I forgot her name but she's a petite white lady of around 30. She works there as a sales associate. I was waiting for a SIM kit in the mail but when I called spectrum, they told me to get a SIM card from any spectrum store so I don't have to wait 3 days without service. They already sent the kit though. But when I went to the store, that lady, after listening to me simply said I'd have to wait for the kit to arrive. She could not do anything. She told me my line is tied to that SIM kit & she could not do anything about it. Finally, I just told her to give me a SIM card and came back home & successfully activated my service with the new sim card with spectrum's help on the phone. She should look for other jobs if she can't help customers with simple needs. That was a pretty horrible experience.

Customer service at this location is terrible. If I could give negative stars I would. When I gave the same level of disrespect I got asked to leave the store

Unprofessional is an understatement to describe my experience today. The lack of interest in actually helping customers doesnt appear to have been taught during their training. The much bigger guy was extremely rude and was on his own personal cell phone while the person I was stuck dealing with truly had no clue what she was doing and sought advice from the guy on his cell phone who clearly wasnt interested in being any help. Upper management needs to reevaluate the people hired to represent Clayton Spectrum.

Went to return equipment at this location. Was lied to by the two women working at the time saying that they did not take returns just exchanges for equipment. I mentioned that's weird because I had worked for Spectrum so I know we tell customers to go to store or ups that's when they insisted it just changed a month ago. Just so happen I was headed to visit a friend 30 min across town and stopped at another Spectrum location where they did take the equipment. They even thought it was odd and reached out to this store asking why and was told system was down.
