This is one of the most horrible place to come my mother is here and I'm working very hard to get her out every time I visit her she has the same clothes on always hungry she never has on a bra people's if you are thinking about putting your love one in here please do a walk through I don't even know what it looks like head the showers and terrible please do walk through in these places before you place your people's

The staff is very friendly and amazing BUT the only problem I have is when you are in rehab and you push the button for help, nobody comes for at least 2 hours or more. God forbid if someone was having a stroke or heart attack and nobody is around to help, that would be a big liability. I know it’s not just Legacy and I’m sure that happens in all rehabs whether long term or short term. I feel things in all rehabs should change where you ring the buzzer and someone comes within 5-10 minutes. jmo!!!

Horrible place. They Will not take care of your love ones. The director Mr. Prescott is only there for a check. The employees are Horrible and fake and pretenders. The social worker Sharon is unprofessional. Please avoid if u can. I wished I would have. The place is infested. I don't understand why APS or Obusman won't do anything. I complained so many times but I'm only one person. Please avoid this place.

I wouldn’t let my dam dog go there. They are mean and the people don’t give A dam about there patients they just want there checks. The whole place is nasty and smells.

There are bathrooms in each room. Not sure about private options.
Technically visiting hours are 8AM to 8PM
