I had a wonderful conversation with Lanee today regarding admission for my spouse. She was knowledgeable, considerate and said there was room for his short term stay for his recovery after orthopedic knee surgery.

My father, 94 years old was admitted in early November, in a matter of less than 9 days the skin on both heels had been removed from being dragged around backwards in his wheelchair, after he contracted MERSA in your facility, from the open wounds on his heels, he was sent back to the hospital for antibiotic I.V. treatment. He was left alone, sitting in a wheelchair, with a broken sacrum, for hours at a time. Truly disappointed, and I will not ever recommend your place to anyone.

My 96 year old grandmother is staying here for inpatient rehab after hip surgery. When I visited her on New Years Day (and praise God they allow visitors 🙂) I was impressed by how clean the facility is kept. It is the cleanest healthcare facility I have ever been to. There is a nice garden outside and there are large windows in the patient rooms to enjoy the view. All of the staff members I met were especially warm and kind.

For long term skilled nursing care--Medicaid or private pay. Also long term care insurance and VA Aid & Assistance benefit. For short term rehab--Medicare
Yes
Hello, It really depends on several factors, including but not limited to conditions and level of acuity, whether it is for rehab or long term care, and payment source such as Medicaid/Medicare or private pay. Please contact our Admissions Director at 404.351.8410 for additional details.
Yes of course! Our residents LOVE flowers. Thank you for thinking of it. I know your loved one will appreciate it. Shari Bayer Marketing Director Jewish Home Life Communities
Actually, the Breman Jewish Home is a skilled nursing community and rehab center. They have an independent living community on the same campus, The Zaban Tower. The only assisted living communities they own/manage are in Dunwoody (Berman Commons) and Johns Creek (The Cohen Home.)
