I found this center to be very dissatisfying. My father was there for two weeks prior to his passing. We received a call stating his was rushed to the hospital due to heart complications. The caller advised of the situation and stated he was alive and that i could call the hospital, and she's sure they have him stable. We received a call from hospital stating we need to report to the hospital. They gave no further information over the phone. Once at hospital we were advised our father was deceased, the homes story did not match what ER doctors stated. The stories were so different the ER doctors asked me what was i told by the facility. My father transitioned on August 1st today is August 4th and we will lay my father to rest tomorrow. As of yet we have not received a mere call of condolences from the facility. If your love ones must be here please be mindful.

My mother in law was in this facility for several years. I was Appalled at treatment of her!no one ever answers the phone it’s a horrible facility😞

My father in law is currently at this facility and he is not being treated for his wound properly. His wife called my husband and I today to let us know his wound has not been cleaned and changed since December 23rd. She noticed a fowl odor and his wound area oozed green stuff. This place is horrible. How dare you treat people like this? The attached photo is what the nurse staff cleaned from his leg wound. Unacceptable.
