I started with an email inquiry and received a prompt response from Alex. The Sales manager responded on Alex’s day off and was helpful. I wasn’t sure if the bike would be too big for me and it wasn’t clear if factory lowering would be an option. I went in to see Alex on a Sunday. He set me up for a demo ride and I decided to buy. The price was fair given the popularity of the model selected. Tara, from the finance department, even helped complete the deal on her day off since she happened to be in the building. I would recommend considering purchasing from this dealership. I really feel they did a great job to make things convenient and fair for me.

Wife had been looking for a side by side for a few months now to suit her needs on the chicken farm and general purpose needs. We stopped at the Hampton location where the owner assisted us in finding what we were looking for. The model we were looking for was actually in stock at the Rochester location, so the owner called the staff there and helped us make an appointment. Shortly after we got to Rochester, the owner appeared there too! All staff was very helpful and friendly, and they went out of their way to make sure our extra parts were installed before we took our new toy back to western NH. Very pleased with our experience.
