I was looking to enroll my children into this location. I live in the neighborhood and it’s convenient.. I’ve spoken with the Director or many occasions and she seemed professional. Today I called to speak with her in regards to my children registering for daycare she answered my questions but at the end of the call she thought she hung up the phone and she basically had a conversation ( unprofessional) with her co workers about me . It was the rudest thing ever and even tho I like the location I will not be sending my children here ! Giving the location I felt like they would be more professional but the ladies here are very much ghetto and unprofessional! Even the young lady answering the phone spoke as if she was answering a personal call . Very snappy . Smacked her teeth a lot . No ! I can only imagine the teaching . Pass

I don’t have a child in this program, I just live in the neighborhood around the school. I called today to report one of the teachers for the way she is yelling at the kids. She’s been having them walk in a circle around the play ground and has berated them like an army Sargent If they slowed down or dared to stop walking for any reasons. I’ve been out on my porch listening to children cry for their mommies and this woman seems to thrive on it. I can’t speak for the organization as a whole- but seeing as these kids can’t be more than 4 years old- I’d think long and hard before sending my children here.
