Given the bad reviews I was expecting the worse. I went today and my daughter received a shot from Renae she didn't cry or freak out like she has in the past. The service was excellent. The staff was polite and helpful. They do answer the phone by the way. I will be back. Thank you for excellent service.

I received both my first and second Covid vaccine shots there. Everything went smoothly for me. My experience was positive. I am concerned that so many people complain that they were treated rudely. This needs to be investigated and corrected.

Take her to the Hospital in Madison Fl. You do not have to be a Florida resident. I emailed them for an appointment around 10:30 pm and received a personal response within15 minutes. Not kidding.
