I honestly suggest to anyone who has a loved one that they would want to see taken cared of around the clock, fed great food, & properly bathed .. to NOT send their loved one here. This place is so unprofessional, they rudely advise all family, friends to contact the facility a hour prior to visit your loved .. just to still have to wait a hour or more to see your loved one. My father was not eating properly, he would complain about being fed the same thing everyday. Also, someone was taking his personal food/drink items we were allowed to bring for him and to be kept in his sleeping area. The staff theirselves were rude, uncaring individuals. My father wasn’t completing his PT & other therapeutic exercises to assist with regaining full strength and control again from suffering a stroke like he was supposed to. I honestly heard a janitor and a cook be more kind & helpful to my father than his actual nurses were. If you dont have a choice due to insurance reasons to put your loved ones in this facility, I pray that God will guide to the correct people, department, facility that will better provide love and care for your family/friends. *its 0 stars for me*

I really want to give this place a zero star. There’s not one good thing about this place. My family member has been here about 2 months and the staff does the bare minimum. When visiting, they have no respect for your time. Even when you call ahead of time to schedule the visit, you still wait an hour. The place needs a desperate remodeling. I will be glad when he’s released from this madness.

I had problems with one nurse when I was in bonterra she was horrible she wouldn't mix all my pills in one cup and nobody had subscribed it that way or anything I was just there for rehabilitation when I had five toes and a little bit of my foot removed from frostbite and the first few nights I was there like frozen if it turns out and it was pretty cool at the end of February and the 1st of March but the older ladies were really freezing turns out I realized that the windows were open and I had them close them lots of roaches.

I'm loving all the new things that are happening here! The administrative is very wonderful and making big changes.

I was at rehabilitation patient for several weeks and as soon as I can find the other SD card I'm going to upload pictures of all the roaches that were in there and other health hazards.
They actually have a few wonderful assistants in there and nurses but there was one that was just totally rude she kept chopping my medicine up and my pain pill is very tiny and what she was giving me was crushed that was very big believe me I know drugs. Lord I hope they hiring somebody that actually do a good job other than Rochelle was fantastic and another one was super fantastic I can't remember her name but I tell you what she was something that Rochelle very special.
Unknown who the administrator is at this time they had sold out to another conglomerate so I don't have a clue.
