After buying 4 new scooters and a bunch of accessories from these guys, I ask them to warranty a 3 month old battery and I'm told that they only give a one month warranty. The best they can do is drop the price from $79 to $50. They just replaced the battery 3 months ago with a spring tune up and it won't even take a charge. I am very disappointed and will unfortunately never go back here again. I have spent well over $10k with these guys and they can't warranty a 3 month old battery?

Before we bought the NIU Electric Scooter, my wife and I needed to learn more about it to be sure it was a good fit for us. We started with a visit to the website and then I sent an email with many questions about the scooter as well as to check to see if we could stop by for a visit and learn more about the scooter. Steve from the office answered our questions and invited us in for a visit to see the scooter and learn more about it. The visit lasted about 1 hour and we learned a lot and told Steve would were interested but need some time to think about it. After 3 days we contacted him and let him know we were ready to purchase the scooter and would need to come in and pick out our helmets and a backrest for the scooter. We also mentioned we wanted a red scooter, Steve said they had one available and would show us when we visited. After our visit we picked the size and color of our helmets. We paid for the scooter and told him we would be back in a couple of days to pick it up as well as get the helmets and backrest installed. I just got it on Friday and when picking it up, Steve had no problem going over all the information on how to operate it and how to take care of it, making sure we were comfortable with everything about the scooter. He gave us all the paperwork, explained what to do with getting our license plate and the warranty of the scooter. He explained clearly what to expect from using the scooter and when to bring it back in for a "tune up". He said he would be there anytime for any questions we may have. He even said they are there for any repairs needed such as a flat tire, etc., they could take care of it. We have had a ball all weekend riding it around just LOVE IT and it was everything Steve said it would be. Steve really loves his job and loves helping people out. NO PRESSURE from him at anytime. So great and refreshing for a customer when making decisions. I have to say Steve is very kind and patient and quick to answer any questions. I will never tell anyone to go anywhere else if they want a scooter and GREAT SERVICE. What a wonder experience.

Dan and the team at EZ Electric Bikes & Scooters made our buying experience an absolute pleasure. They were very pleasant and patient with us before, during and even after we purchased our scooters. We were greatly impressed with the way Dan answered our questions in an open, knowledgeable and honest manner. Everything from the total cost of purchase including taxes, to the availability of models in the US. He did a great job assisting us with our buying decision with our scooters as well as with the accessories we requested. It was a wonderful surprise that they were able to deliver the scooters to our home over 40 miles away for a very reasonable fee. We will recommend EZ to all our friends, family, neighbors, and all the curious people who stop us to admire and ask about our new electric scooters this year!
