My sister is at this location. Friday will be a full week that's she's been there. Everytime, I call to check on her there's a problem. They mix-up her meds and when she says something to the nurses the want to argue with her. She messed meds and then they want to double up on her meds.It takes forever to get changed and cleaned up. The CNA'S are rude, argumentive . I just got out of Rehab. I had a good experience surprisly. The food was awful but other than that it was good. Pruitt has a long history of terrible treatment of patients. That's why they keep changing the name of their facilities. If you don't like your job don't take it out on the patients.

The facility on Briarcliff Road is not clean, it smelled and the air conditioning did not work. They need to invest in having that place thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and renovated. The staff seemed friendly.

I would stay as far away from there as possible, if you can and if you love your mother! As far as a waiting period, no there's not, as long as they have a bed available.
