there isn't very much customer courtesy there for when you ask to have the car brought around to the front you told no so defend you helping rent the car there has to wait in the alley while your friend that brought in there do you have the other side of the shopping center like I said they're very not customer orientated they could care less about you now on the other hand by God Ford the Enterprise rental they brought the car around very very nice so I'll take my business Enterprise car rental

Good price, friendly service, this is the 2nd time I have rented a SU V there For a long trip. Clean S UV, always answered my questions/concerns. Overall good experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

Way too many fees for a place called "Budget" and their pink slip is not a good way to keep track of pre-existing damages. Strongly suggest that you record a 360 of the car when you first get it, just to protect yourself. I usually go to Enterprise, but a family member booked this trip through Expedia and this place is recommended for their travel bundles. If you're looking to save money, consider booking through Enterprise by the Auto Mall.
