Well I recommend living here if you want roaches, mice, ants running all in and out around your apartments! We’ve lived here just over 6 months and it is problem after problem. We keep our place spic n span but it doesn’t seem to help. Then having to deal with the lady upfront who seems like we’re wasting her time when it’s her job to help us! They’ve done little to take care of these unwanted things. Roaches swarm our patio! Oh! N not to mention they are redoing the patio so not only do you have roaches but now there’s is absolutely no privacy. They are so short my dog could jump over with ease. The pool is barely enjoyable with all the debris and wasps flying around. The list could go so much longer …*sigh*

25% increase in rent for an apartment built in the 1980s. The living and bedroom were nice, but the appliances were obviously from the 80s. Multiple sugar ant issues, typical roach problem in the summer. Office staff were usually friendly, but had a lot of parcel delivery issues due to the office not being open when they said it would be. Sadly, the cons outweighed the pros, and a 25% rent increase mid-pandemic for an old apartment is disgusting.

The place was built in 1986. Expect that some of the parts have age on them. That being said, I LOVE the maintenance crew here. Obie, and Dallas have really strong knowledge and they are true gentlemen who conduct themselves with integrity …
