I have been living here since March and have had nothing but issues.Covered parking is Impossible to get here. They have no clue who parks where. They finally found a spot for me, but come to find out, someone parks there. Then got another spot and again someone was parked there as well. Half the Burners on my stove don’t work. My oven does not heat up to the proper temperature, hot water goes in and out constantly. Now we’ve been without AC for three days in the hundred degree weather!!! The Apts sent email out on Friday saying someone will be out on Monday! Here it is Monday and they haven’t even shown up to fix it!!! I’ve talked to other neighbors that have been here, and they are telling me that this is an ongoing issue with this apartment complex!

The reviews you see are real. You are paying so much in bills, it is never less than $200 ( this is for all gas, water, electric, and community bills). The entire time that I lived here, the water was horrible in the shower! It was either scolding hot or freezing, and just when you think you have the perfect temp it will go hot or cold. I sent in a request to get it fixed and maintenance changed something but it didn't work; I think this is just an issue with the complex. second flaw, my downstairs neighbor was a HUGE cig smoker and since all the vents are connected, as soon as I would turn on the A/C or heater, it just smells like cigs. horrible, I complained so much and sadly the neighbor is still there, so the next person that gets to rent that apartment (lucky you!) It was also odd that as soon as it was October they turned off the A/C, and all you could put on was the heat, I feel like we should be able to control if we want the A/C or heat since we pay for it. The mailboxes got broken into two or three times the entire time I was there. Maintenance is amazing! They are really quick as well, the only thing is that they never really give you a heads up about when they are going to show up, they just do, but they are the sweetest people I have ever met and they get the job done! There is a mandatory $65 to clean your carpets which is understandable. Monique is AMAZING and super sweet! if you need anything, make sure to ask for her.

I've been at Tesoro for about a year now and have had a pretty good experience. As with any apartment or shared space that you rent you will face a few minor problems like maintenance issues or occasional crazy neighbors 😤 The rent is decent, around a thousand, but the utilities are kinda high! The shared utilities like common area elecricity is just way too much! But overall Tesoro has been a good place to live and has handled any problems I had with the place. It's a nice spot to live up in the heights... Pretty quiet for the most part too! There were minor things that needed some attention; broken back door handle, ant problem, dishwasher issues, bath tub issues, etc... but the maintenance team was always on point in fixing our problems, shout out to Eric he's a real good guy! Amanda has been the best manager here at Tesoro and it's too bad she left! Since she's left, the website has been down and we haven't been getting our monthly newsletter! I've also had my occasional encounter with other management or staff that were very unhelpful, rude, won't reach back to you when they said they would, but NOT Amanda! She was always attentive to my needs and was always going out of her way for myself and others shout out to her! 3/5 stars ⭐ for Tesoro it's a good spot... not the greatest, but definitely not the worst 💯

Worst apartment complex I’ve lived in!! DON’T recommend, office staff is very rude and does nothing to solve your problems. It’s hard to even get in touch with the office, they never answer or respond to emails. My apartment was filthy when I moved in and it wasn’t even ready on my move in date. I had to wait an hour outside of the apartment until maintenance finally came out. They charge a ridiculous amount for common area utilities when the majority of apartments don’t charge you for common areas in general. This place is dirty and they do a horrible job at up keeping. There’s constant plumbing and electrical issues.

No hot water for 2to 3 months. Barely gets luke warm. Have made several complaints. Amber the manager said "THATS APARTMENT LIVING". Are you f**king kidding me? This needs to be reported. Can't even get the corporate office. How do they get away with this? They make us pay for utilities with our rent
