STAY AWAY...It can take you up to a year to get a covered parking space. Some people have to park at night across the street in another complex. I just moved out and after cleaning like others said, I was sill charged a ridiculous amount in fees. Customer service is the worst thing about this place. They look for any reason to charge you a fee and tell you about it. The appliances are old and there are rodents in several of the units. My neighbor and I had repeatedly complained about the mice and that we were broken into and they pretended like we never told them anything

They automatically charge 60 per room for clean up after you leave the apartment as well as 100 plus to clean the apartment, so you might as well leave it dirty, you will lose your deposit regardless. The only thing good about this complex is the maintenance people. The second the front office women have an issue with you they have an attitude. The floors were already dirty when moved in, things fall apart l, the plumbing is bad and they paint over any mess. Don't complain about fighting, dogs or anything else because nothing will be done
