I still gave it 2 stars because there wasn’t really a pest problem and the A/C worked very well. Aside from that my experience has been pretty awful. First month, the ceiling in the kitchen caved in. Management was not sincere and it took them 3 months to fix it. My fridge also stopped working for a month and when we threatened to cancel our lease, that’s when those two problems were fixed. There is also very little free parking for guests or yourself. 85% of their lot is paid covered parking that cost almost $40 a month. I saw a boot on at least 4 cars every morning. And even if you paid for a pass, there are still not enough spaces to park. There were times where I drove around until someone left so I could Finally park. The lack of spaces could also be due to the multiple broken down cars that people can’t move. It’s overpriced for the size and quality of the units. And the front office rarely answers the phone or is even open. I really feel like they took advantage of us because we’re young. Which is why many major maintenance issues were not resolved until months later. There is so much more to the story that I cannot fit into these paragraphs but overall my friends and family hated that place and we hated that place. I would not recommend it to anyone. Trust me the front office will not talk out the problems with you. You will receive attitude and no solutions. Especially from the main land lady/ manager. She doesn’t care.

So I asked to get my admin fee back and I was told a direct deposit would be going into my account. Two weeks go by, nothing. I call again and they tel me a check will be sent out. More than a week goes by, nothing. I call again, the leasing lady won’t let me speak and hangs up on me. Thanks a lot for your help. Take your business else where. I call back numerous times and they won’t pick up the phone. And to your response, it’s a little late. However, thank you for your reply.. good luck with your business.

If I could give a lower review I would. My husband and myself have lived in these apartments for 6 months, our elctirc bill was 278$ on a 950 sqf unit we dont have in unit w/d. When I called to ask why they hung up on me repeatedly, told me they were "done with this conversation". Anytime I had a qeustion i was interrupted and belittled. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT LIVE HERE. There are hidden fees at every turn and honestly its not worth it.I have never been treated like this by a complex.Crying currentlytly at the frustration. They truly do not care about there residents.

If I could, I'd love to give 0 stars to this complex. While, I'm grateful we were able to get an apartment to get out of a toxic situation. I'd like to point out the flaws of this complex they definitely out weigh the good. Maintenance doesn't get to urgent requests in a timely manner despite it being labeled as "Urgent", they claim to also have a weekly - monthly pest control absolute bull; We've dealt with at least 5 - 6 roaches in the last two weeks! We've also been through a number of managements which all of them have been terrible to respond to. Even asking for an email from them for confirmation is like pulling an arm and a leg, they do not communicate with you. While they claim to have security checking the parking lot, I do not believe this. I hardly see security around the area. Our car has been broken into a few times as well as a friends. We've also seen a few other cars broken into. I'm happy to say we're not renewing our lease. Do not waste your time with renting an MEB complex, it's an absolute waste of money.
