I absolutely Love living here at Cibola Village because not only are the staff very kind and courteous, they practically turn flips to ensure that the property is always safe as well as thoroughly maintained. I am now approaching my 5 year residency and honestly cannot envision myself living any place else, as the community director along with her assistant leasing agent never cease to amaze me with how much they care for all of their residents, and actually spoil us with their seasonal pajama breakfast, annual yard sales, new lease and pool parties, karaoke and so much more! Thank you all for providing me with the peace of mind that comes with living here at your community. Indeed, there's no place like home!

I've lived here for a short time but I love it. Management is completely understanding and really helped me get in to an apartment. Plus, rent is pretty cheap and I have a completely upgraded unit. My neighbors are very quiet and I love that I have an assigned covered parking spot. There is a slight ant problem, but I easily fixed that with some raid. Everything here works great and the layout is awesome. The only thing I see as an issue is that some of the window locks need to be replaced but other than that, nothing wrong. Great complex. Well taken care of in an awesome part of town while still being away from the craziness.
