So I've lived here just under 1 year now, and they just charged me for a security deposit! I was under the impression that I had already paid my security deposit when I moved in. But since I applied for rent help NM now all of a sudden I'm charged for a deposit, AGAIN! This place is so shady, they didn't even call me to inform me about the deposit, they just charged it to my account. I get that this is a low income place but it is ran by some backwards, LAZY, and uncaring people.

This place is an amazing property to live at! I’ve lived here over a year and never have had an issue. Office staff is always professional and kind. The maintenance supervisor David always takes care of us. Highly recommend this property!

I'm counting down the months!! I'm almost out of here. It's so gross and nasty. The management is always changing, I ask every week for a month straight for pest control and nothing, we'll put you on the List... Must be a long list. I can't wait to leave these centepedes, spiders and Roaches and sidewalks with more dog poop on them then the grass. My sinks are consistently clogging, mold is growing from the last time sink clogged and over flowed onto the floor...I can go on and on. They'll probably remove this review just like the last one. #1504

Since the office has gotten new staff and property manager, there have been HUGE improvements in this complex. Prior to now, I was very dissatisfied the way the old office staff ran the place, and treated their residents they were beyond unprofessional. I feel the new office staff cares much more about their rapport with the residents and the maintenance of the complex as a whole. Debbie is super nice, shows that she cares and listens (unlike the property manage before no one could ever talk to Janice). She called me personally concerning an issue that I had with the prior staff to try and solve it. Debbie has turned this place for the better, as well as office staff and maintenance, huge improvement! I love living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good location!
