I've d lived here for going on 7 years now. Marlene who has been the manager the whole time i've lived here is still here and every year she makes improvements to the property. It's a gated, quiet, no roaches, never an issue with parking or neighbors. I recommend here for anyone who is looking.

Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from here for the remainder of my years in Albuquerque.

I have to say I was a little hesitant moving here. Of course it’s off central and it’s not necessarily the safest part of town. But I’m so happy with my decision. I don’t have a single problem here. I came from a apartment complex with a ton of problems and this place is the exact opposite. It’s spacious, the office is great Ana is so awesome and so easy to work with. This place overall is amazing and so much safer than my last apartment. Also super affordable! If you’re thinking about moving here please do the community is awesome and relatively quiet it’s worth it!
