I have nothing but good to say about this apartment complex. I've been here over 3 years. The staff is friendly and responsive. Bugs yes because that is apartment living BUT they have professional pest control come out regularly to spray. For the price, it can't be beat! Also LOTS of amenities including a pool indoor and outdoor, gym, laundry facilities, and jacuzzi!! A win for sure!

Management is very rude and unacomodating, almost threatening at times for no reason. After putting up something in the lobby I got many praises by the residents only to be threatened by calls from management making me wish I never lived there and gave them my money in the first place. They don't fix anything or respond when there are break-ins and is extremely overpriced. Besides the worst management people (Jamboree management) that I have ever encountered the residents are very nice and respectful.

I've lived here for a couple of months now and i love it! The application process was quick and easy. About a week after i moved in the manager called me to ask how i liked my apartment and she asked if there were any problems which was nice to see that they cared. they keep up with the landscaping and maintenance normally comes right away when you need something fixed.

This is my second time living in this complex. I love the apartments themselves. Spacious floor plans and good amenities. There is a pest control problem that I had not encountered in my previous stay. The management is taking the correct steps and having mandatory treatments for the building and I have noticed a difference from this. I forsee this issue being resolved in the future if they continue this progress. I am not a fan of the way the office micro-manages certain policies. Examples are: We have a limit of what kind of furniture can be on our porch, and we are not allowed to back in to our parking spots (even the covered spots that we are paying for). I understand that policies like this exist to fix issues such concerns of building appearance and ensuring vehicles on site are registered, but they do not take into account that these are people's lives these policies are impacting. This and the bug problem are why I am taking away a star. Overall I am happy living here.
