I can honestly say that of all the apartment complexes I've been at, this one is amazing. I've only been here a week and the management has made the move in process as quick and pain free as possible. I work graveyard shift and it is so quiet and peaceful. The neighbors that I have met are so nice. They gave me a chance even with my not so good credit. I highly recommend this place.

If I could give Rock Creek zero stars I would. After living at Rock Creek for a little over nine months, paying month to month the last three, I put in my 30 day notice and informed management that I would possibly be out a little before that. Rather than contact me to obtain my final move out day, they had already begun rental proceeding with a new tenant and began pressuring me to move out of my apartment “ASAP”. I was told if I moved that I would receive a refund of the rent I over paid once the new tenant signed their lease. It’s been well over a month since I moved out, and I have tried to contact management multiple times. The first time I talked to Julie the manager who seemed to have forgotten our previous conversations, and accused me of being hostile a month after I was promised a refund. She promised to call me back the following day and I have yet to hear from her almost a month later. Several follow up calls have been made, each time the call was ignored or an assistant took the call and informed me that I would be called back. The final time I called about the same problem and was cursed at and accused of “pulling something” by the front desk assistant Ashlynn. Aside from the hassle of the entire move out situation my apartment was never maintained, the bathroom cabinet was falling off the wall, and instead of repairing it, they just patched over the hole. The water heater went out four times in the month of January, every time it was fixed my apartment was flooded. Every time maintenance entered my apartment I came home to find gunk on my walls, my things broken or knocked over and management who did little to control the situation. I wouldn’t recommend living in this complex unless you have no other options.
