yes, i still live here cause I can't break my lease but there are definitely roaches. i have to put i a request every week to spray just so we are not over run by the roaches. and when you try to help be preventive you are responsible if something get damaged but the reason starting the damage is because of the complexes failure to keep the complex liveable. the system makes me give a star but actually this place gets no stars

Horrible management, Juan must of gone from Maintenance to Manager all in the same week! He has no customer service skills with 0 management knowledge. Apartment complex is disgusting, trash everywhere, roach problems and broken appliances. Move far away from here!!!!

The office and management were very professional. The property is very nice with everything you need. I've lived in a lot of apartments throughout my life. This has been the best experience by far. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for an apartment with great management in the Albuquerque area.

I have lived here for about 12 years now. The crescent ridge management is one of the best I have been through. Maintenance is amazing always willing to help and get the job done quickly. Mario and his supervisor are the best. Making sure things are okay even when I don’t need anything done. Pool is always clean.
