Since I moved almost 3 months ago, I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Adrian is always very pleasant and professional. The office staff is helpful. When I’ve had any maintenance issues I’ve received a quick response and the problem was fixed. They have sent a couple emails just to check in and see how everything is going. The apartment grounds are well kept and with the gated entrances I feel safe and can walk my dog anytime of the day. If any security issues come about they will send out an email to inform the residents which I appreciate. So far I’m very happy living here.

This is a wonderful community and a beautiful property. We’ve lived here for three years and have had two different units, one on each side of the property, and we only moved just to have a closer unit to one of the pools. The gyms are state of the art & the property is really well maintenances and clean. We honestly have no complaints. Its a really nice lifestyle, especially for an apartment community. This community easily feels like a condominium community and the office staff are like friends. We’ve had the same people work here for several years & the consistency is nice. It feels safe and warm every time we come home.

Dani was one of the best supports in finding the right place for us to live and she has continued to be helpful and supportive with every question or request we have. The community was the best choice and people are friendly. Thanks Dani for helping us find our own little oasis in the high desert. We highly recommend joining this welcoming community of residents and staff.

This place is beautiful and I really like Adrian a lot ! There are a few drawbacks that have nothing to do with the staff, who have always been great. The appliances, including heating and a/c , washer/dryer, fans are very loud. I have lived in other apartments and have not had this issue. The fire alarm has to be incredibly sensitive as it goes off a lot, and I never had that issue at my other apartment. The ceilings must be pretty thin as I have complained about the constant stomping of the upstairs neighbors and it hasn't stopped. The street noise is also a bummer. With all that being said it is a beautiful place and we are pretty happy here. Adrian has done everything he can and he has an awesome attitude.
