Out of five star reputation I would tell you Terry the project manager is a liar in his and his kids couldn’t install a boxer rocks into a home after 23 years of promising the general public qualified results in the trailer industry and moving merchandise on the first time across the country Miracle Windows are the most useless people you could ever ask for to do the job at the end of the day this has no reflection on CL their subcontract installer he was amazing corrected all the problems but if you get Terry in your home and his boys just so you know you’re about to be let down and disappointing on the first install two failed inspections because they couldn’t coordinate and they couldn’t figure out how to install against the engineering blues prince For the same reason every time Windows wouldn’t open no screws in the spots I wouldn’t suggest doing business with his company or Terry and his boys for anything

Stay away! They write contracts they can't deliver on. Contracted for new shower stall in Daytona Beach in Feb 2022 and was still waiting for install on July 21 (5 months) when we finally pulled the plug. They shift you from "manager" to "manager" each contradicting what the last one told you. A rep called me today and is outraged I don't want to wait any longer. LOL Stay away from this company.
