So I formally lived at Palm Bay Club for a total of three years and although I experienced unpleasant conversations during difficult times, this apartment community is truly one of the best if not the best apartment community I have ever lived in. I currently live in another luxury apartment community and wish everyday that I was back at Palm Bay Club. From the maintenance people you see on the daily being friendly, professional, and attentive to the property itself as a whole and each unit that needs serviced. The property manager has a real attention to detail. She really knows how to do her job well and hires the best of the best to get jobs done and maintains to keep the property up to a luxury standard. I mean I felt like I was living at a 4/5 star resort those three years. My current luxury apartment omg it’s just sad.. things are dirty, ALWAYS broken, and just the flat out laziness and unfriendliness from the staff is just a joke. Although we had our differences, I understand now more than ever that Palm Bay Club really was top tier for apartment communities. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I went to tour this place based on a friends recommendation and I absolutely fell in love with the complex. Dickie was our leasing agent and did the best job at explain everything and showed us as many floor plans as possible. Highly recommend!

PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!!! This community is a SCAM! 3 months after moving out and I get a collections notice with no warning or final bill. I will be getting an attorney involved. This is unethical and this cannot keep happening to decent people. Looks good from outside but please move elsewhere. They are perfectly nice until you sign a lease

Update Aug 2022: Holy Bat Signal they finally mailed the refund... Update July 2022: Have yet to receive move out refund check. Its has been >4 months since moving out. Attempted to call manager, but manager is never available or busy and will call back later. Nice place to live away from the city, great community pool and about 5 mins away from the closest grocery store(Publix). Only rate 3 star since it was challenging and painful moving out process. Gave a notice that I was vacating 30 days prior and they give you the check list of what they check for in the apartment or they'll charge you for the cleaning services they did. They require you to do a professional carpet cleaning prior to vacating, but will also except proof that you did it on your own using a professional carpet cleaner from home depot or Lowes. I provided proof that I did that and after 4 week delay on receiving my last bill, they still billed me for not only for them to do their carpet cleaning ($66), they also billed me $75 to send a check for the remainder of my rent back (who still uses checks now a days) Too long didn't read: beautiful place, but terrible move out process.
