went in looking for Groom/Groomsmen suits and there was a suit that the rep was pushing on us the entire time. They didn't have my fiance's size in the store so she told us to buy it online. I looked online and saw his size was out of stock. She then said that we should watch it in case it come back in his size. What? Just HOPE that the suit she wants us to buy get the Groom's size back in stock? I am not going to hope for anything, I am going to make sure that everything is in order before my wedding. It was strange that she didn't even offer to help us look for another suit, and never backed down from her original idea. She had full confidence to push a suit that was out of stock in my fiance's size for our wedding.

Great service all the way around! Mina helped us out immensely. The minute we walked in we were welcomed, polite professional all the way! She didn't mind we were on a budget but still treated us like we were spending millions. My hat is off to you Mina! Job very well done. She exceed our expectations!! Wish we could give 10 stars. I highly recommend heading into the men's wearhouse. I'll be back! Thank you for everything!

Update: We had trouble with our suits but they made it right by refunding us almost all the rental money along with giving me a free suit. I was upset during the wedding over the issue but they took great care of us after and had excellent customer service. They even called me after I got my suit to make sure everything was perfect!

I am highly disappointed in the customer service . Now mind you we were working around home, and needed to go to Augusta on another errand, so we were not dressed up by any means. We decided to stop in and look at merchandise and see if some of our questions could be answered (before dragging all the men in the wedding party to the store). It took us over 20 minutes to even have contact with an associate. In the meantime we were treated by some of the staff as if we were not worth the time it would take to even say hello. I am a manager myself of a very busy therapy practice. If my staff treated customers that way I would be very upset. So very disappointed. I had such high hopes that it would have been a good experience. The saving grace, earning the one star, was the one sales associate that we actually were able to talk to was very nice, but by that point my fiance told me were not going back. Sorry this branch lost our business. We were going to buy versus rent too.
