Got a bucket of extra crispy chicken and a few sides, for our 4th of July get together. The Chicken was over cooked, so the skin was rust colored! The aftertaste was odd too. That chicken should NOT have been given out! The mac and cheese tasted off as well. Rather than a pleasant meal together, it was awful. I’d show a photo, but that isn’t an option here. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The staff should care what they package up for people! That certainly wasn’t the case! I was really surprised at the quality, as I buy k 10’s often, with no issues.

Rude customer service. Did not put sour cream on my food, i asked for a crunch wrap supreme with the soft taco. when i went up to the counter to ask for some they made me pay for it when it’s supposed to come on the food and i stood there waiting for them to even come up to me when they were standing around right there when they finally did they were rude about it. My boyfriends meal did not come with everything is was supposed too. we got dirty looks from all the staff. Avery unimpressed.

Worst service and by far the worst meal I have ever received at a KFC! Grease in the bottom of container, looked burnt and tasted it as well. KFC shouldn’t be very proud of this location! Terrible!

Got the 20.00 bucket was supposed to have 8 pieces of chicken. Had 6 and 4 of the pieces were bite size wings. Won't go back
