Always clean and stocked. Nice and friendly staff and managers. Very attentive and all staff are usually stylist. Never go wrong with torrid jeans and their leather jackets. The leggings are also amazing. Ask for the leggings with Tummy control, those are a Dream! I introduce anyone who asks what I'm wearing when I have on Torrid. It's a plus because most 1st time customers qualify for their 40% off an order.

Everyone is always so friendly when I shop here regardless if I am purchasing or returning an online purchase. I love that there are fans in the dressing rooms. However, Torrid prices are ridiculous and some of the fashion itself is juvenile. I always liked that Torrid has more fashion forward items but a lot of items are insulting to women who wear larger sizes. This particular location is great to shop at simply for the environment and customer service! The store is always kept up with a well!

Now THAT is strange. I've shopped this store plenty of times (although i prefer online) and debit is my preferred method of payment. I've never been turned away. Was something wrong with their reader?
