11/1 I am adding to my review. If you want to get things done the woman to talk to is Christine Delk. After talking with her things are being taken care of promptly & efficiently. Don't mess around with talking to the sales people. She jumped right on it & got things done. Thank you Christine. I am changing my review & comments. I paid for $1,500 for paint protection. I informed them I was purchasing this RV to live in. When delivered the paint protection wasn't done. Being a 1st time buyer I wasn't aware of it until other friends pointed out it didn't appear to have been done. The RV is all connected to electricity, water, sewer & sitting on blocks. The flooring was coming up, that was not repaired prior to delivery. After NUMEROUS calls I was told I had to bring it back to get it done, which of course is not possible!! The Registerstraion, Tags & information to the lien holder were sent to the wrong address. I was told it had automatic levelers, it DOES NOT. I still have NOT resolved the issues. I would never recommend them to anyone. The customer service after you purchase is horrible. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

TravelCamp in Jacksonville came to our rescue about obtaining an entry door for our 2020 Riverside Intrepid. The initial door received was wrong but Julie and Chris in the parts department handled the problem and got us the right door in a timely matter. I really appreciate them making the situation right. We went to TravelCamp for the purchase of our "5th" camper after being treated horribly by another RV dealer. From sales to delivery to service after the sale, the TravelCamp people have been a breath of fresh air. We know from experience, there are going to be problems with RV's, even new ones. The difference with TravelCamp is that they have gone the extra mile to keep us on the road. From Christine in Management to Bo in finance to Michele in Service and then Joe who is in the back turning wrenches, they have gone above and beyond to make our experience great. They understand that owning an RV is a "huge" investment in money and hopefully, a "huge" investment in time and that if you can't use it because of a repair issue, your money was not well spent.
