Sales department 5 stars!!! Always have problems with service department! There is no communication between employees. I have been waiting on a quote for a second AC since June through email no response always someone will get back to you. My appointment is tomorrow and still no quote. We will have someone call you. I have heard that multiple times. No thank you!!! 11/3/22–Replied to owner with an email on 10/10/22 and surprise still no reply!!!

Bought brand new 2022 grand design rv online from 500 miles away. Told by rep that called to be there on a certain day. Got there and not on any list, did not know we were coming nor prepared for us. Asked us to return hours later, went to do the walk through and bathroom door is hanging off, trim around slide is hanging off, advised would be fixed. Then told trim not available would order and ship to us. Left with trailer and lucky we stopped to stay a night since we were there so late. Opened trailer and bathroom door hanging off. Returned the next day, fixed again. Checked it, looked fixed, got home to Pensacola and door is hanging off. 5 months later did not receive trim. Looks like they never ordered it and lied to us. Do not buy from them. Service dept sucks. Unorganized.

The worker was sooooo helpful ! I had no clue what I was actually looking for ! New what it was called but not what it was and she helped us find everything we needed ! Was so nice and friendly !

If used, and just recently purchased,, then the service department didn't do a thorough inspection and maintenance on the unit before sold.
I wish we had listened to the reviews may get a good deal but in the long run I would have spent more money not to deal with these people sales is good service is the worst

I bought a Fleetwood myself and I am very pleased with it it has two slide outs and no you don't have to inflate but if in if you look in the brochures and find out that I am wrong then you can call me and I will help you to find your answers
Somtimes we need to note we are living in crazy times, General RV is only the point of sale. They are at the mercy of they vendor to supply them the required parts. I am in the fire protection business everything is out of stock or on backorder.
Service is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Sales is open though.
I worked there a few years ago. They didn't do oil changes then and I think that still stands. Price wise, you are way better off to find a shop that can handle you camper.

We spend 6-7 months of the year living in our fifth wheel, a Grand Design Solitude. We have taken it from Florida to California and back and love it. Just be sure to educate yourself on the difference between standard RVs and those designed for extended use. Our Solitude is heavy duty and comes with the extra weight to prove it.
I'll never go back to this location. May not ever buy another rv either at this rate. What a joke!
