My husband and I had a wonderful buying experience at RCD in Pataskala. We had the pleasure of working with Brandon, who was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about every RV we looked at. Guided by his expertise, we now have a beautiful fifth wheel that we are proud to call our second home. Additionally, we found the rest of the staff we worked with to be very kind and willing to go above and beyond to help us with questions or solve a problem. Update to my first review. In my first review, I complained RCD overcharged labor for our 5th wheel service. We even filed a BBB complaint detailing our issue. RCD replied to our complaint and called the next day apologizing to us siting the issue was completely their fault. They even refunded all of the overcharges. This is how a business should be run! RCD has our business for life.

We recently bought a 2022 Rpod at RCD Pataskala and also traded in our previous camper. As always, RCD has amazing customer service, reliable and honest employees, and truly makes the buying and trade-in experience hassle free. Terry in Sales, Sherry in customer service, and Matt in the business office were available and responsive to every question or need that we had. We had used RCD in the past for repairs to our previous camper which is why we knew we wanted to buy from them. Having a locally-owned business with 3 locations in Columbus was important to us. We are customers for life!

This company is over priced don't buy from this company the gas is going out will be having batteries operated with electric motor.
