The worse kind of customer service I have ever experience. Gone back and fourth with Georgia Department of driver services and still waiting on a release form to be fax to them. Been waiting over 8 month now. I have called multiple times and they could care less what you have to say. I just called today November 16th at 3:30pm and the women that answer had a crying infant with her. They have taken my information down over 5 times now and I have yet to receive a call back or email. Using the pandemic as a excuse to give everyone the run around.

I don't know but they shouldn't give them years for that because there still a child at a certain point and they just need some understanding.
You would have to contact State Traffic Court to see if they are still open.
Just take them to the office and ask for intake department and file unruly charge on him/her.

Call his probation officer. Usually being on an ankle monitor means there are restrictions on where the child can go.
