I was very upset that after finding the bathing suit that I wanted among some other clothing as well I get to the counter and I'm told they don't do debit.

Now THAT is strange. I've shopped this store plenty of times (although i prefer online) and debit is my preferred method of payment. I've never been turned away. Was something wrong with their reader?

Okay so after shopping other stores I realized I was super in love with a bathing suit. I went to the ATM and then went back to Torrid where I was informed that it was some issues going on so they couldn't do debit that day. But I got my bathing suit and yay I'm so happy! Mind you when I first went to the register I was not told there was an issue with debit for that day I was simply told they didn't take debit.

WHAT! Money is money! I would call customer service about that!
