The water is constantly off and if it’s not the water, it’s the hot water which never seems to be fixed. It is not management’s fault, it is just that this place needs to get its act together. We run through managers because of all of the complaints that are valid and the managers are left with their hands tied so they leave. The apartments themselves are spacious, but the water issue is ridiculous for the price.

I am going on 4 years here. Yes there are problems but what apartment complex doesn’t. What really bothers me is when the tenants that are here allow their guests to trash the place! Parties are ok but obnoxious after 2 am and loudness out in parking lot. If you make a mess clean it up! They are trying here to improve. Not a big staff but how many apartments? Cut them some slack folks! I love that I feel secure here. Yeah I have problems w roaches and leaks but again it’s a older building that needs fine tuning. This mess didn’t happen over night and it’s gonna take time to repair and fix her back up! Keep up the good work thank you for listening and letting me vent!

This property has SO much potential to be great, spacious units, recently renovated and in great condition, but it's soiled by atrocious management. Cockroach infestation nightmare due to pest control being suspended for 6+ months, common areas and hallways not properly cleaned, slow and understaffed maintenance team. The AC/heat in our apartment has been faulty since the day we moved in, causing temps up to 84 degrees (with AC running 24/7) this past summer! The issue has still not been addressed despite being known for many months now. This will NEVER be a nice place to live under the current management, look ANYWHERE else but here at the moment.

Living here at the Towers for the past 10 1/2 years has been nothing short of a great experience. When we moved here, our children were only 3 and 1 1/2. Then, it was nice having everything indoors, including laundries, mail and even a secured terrace area where I could take them to play. There is an Elementary school right across the street in the back of the complex, the middle school is literally a three minute drive and then there is a high school across the street in the front of the complex so the school commute is either zero or a super short drive no matter what grade the kids have been in, its great!!! Then you have a short walk or a short drive to a great big park and the Library as well(Montgomery Park/ Erna Ferguson Library) I also love that we live in an area that is so close to shopping, dinning and entertainment as well as quick access to the freeway. As far as the Towers itself, we have more amenities than I have seen anywhere else: Indoor and out door pools, his and hers Jacuzzi and Spas with changing rooms, a social center for gatherings and hanging out, a billiards room, and an excellent gym. There is also a gated, covered parking lot available for a very low cost per month. And hey, need a hair cut? well, there is even a salon in the building on the first floor of building B, they have great prices and do a great job, I have been going there for years. The staff here are unparalleled in their commitment to service and customer care. They are friendly, respectful and address any maintenance or residential concerns promptly and with care. I would highly recommend this great community to anyone searching for a new place to call home.
