The optics are good but when you start paying attention to the details the towers leave allot to be desired. Namely, the pools are gross and the hot tubs are home to late night encounters of the sexual kind. I've been locked out of the spa but could hear people "using" it. I have been harased by two drunk men in the hot tub. I reported it to the office and nothing was done. There is no playground for the kids as well. Good luck trying to teach your kid to ride a bike in that parking lot or in the courtyard. People drive like wild animals in that parking lot so do your due diligence when it comes to safety. not to mention you have a thousand neighbours and any one of them could be a creeper. For the money I don't think it's worth it to live there, you could find a much nicer place for the same price. I moved out for the above reasons +.
